How we stay independent

Rankings can’t be bought.

• No paid placement. No vendor can pay to appear in, or move within, a top 5.
• No affiliate links today. Links to vendors are plain links. If we ever add affiliate links or labeled sponsor slots, we’ll disclose them next to the link, and sponsor slots will sit outside the ranked five.
• No analytics or ad trackers at this time.
• Sourced facts only. Every compliance badge links to its source. If we can’t find one, the field says Unverified.
• No logos or implied endorsements. FDA, Epic and other names appear as text only. Nothing here implies endorsement by them.
• Open corrections. Anyone can request a correction with a source. See the corrections policy.
